ABRT ran the Bay Country Century for 20 years, but we regret we can no long hold the event. A number of factors have played into the decision, most notably that the boardwalk in North Beach, the capstone rest stop, is no longer available.
We appreciate the support from the community over the years and express our sincere thanks to Calvert County for the use of Northern Middle School and Marley Run Park and to the St. Leonard Volunteer Fire Department for the use of their facility.
As an alternative, we recommend the Lifeline 100 ride hosted by Anne Arundel County and Bicycle Advocates for Annapolis and Anne Arundel County held in October. See http://www.lineline100.com for more details.
